Lauren Alexander Vision Source

I had an excellent experience at Lauren Alexander Vision Source at Potranco for my annual eye exam. Dr. Vu was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Serina and Elisa were also wonderful! They were friendly, patient, and extremely helpful while I selected new frames and purchased my glasses. Their knowledge and excellent customer service made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Dr. Vu and the entire team at Lauren Alexander Vision Source at Potranco for their outstanding eye care and personalized service!

The calm peaceful atmosphere was so pleasant to be around. The staff was very nice and attentive. One thing I had trouble with was reaching the machines since I was in a wheelchair. All else was terrific.

Great experience, customer service is awesome, tech checking my eyes was awesome, and Dr was amazing. Overall I highly recommend this place if you need your eyes checked or need glasses.

Dr. Vu and the staff are great! Dr. Vu spent a lot of time going over my prescriptions and making several great suggestions that helped me not only with a new set of progressive lenses but also my overall eye health and care. I left very informed and with a good plan. I was so happy to have my optometrist helping me beyond a routine exam.

Everyone in the office is so kind, easy to talk to about any issues and make you feel comfortable. Elise was also pretty great, helping me choose the right glasses for me and finding me the best deals!
