Came as a walk-in today with the expectation to set an appointment for someday in the future. Greeted nicely and told that I would be able to actually go in right then and see the doctor and get everything taken care of same day. They had me in and out within an hour. I told Elisa that I was in a rush and she was able to help me pick my glasses and figure out the options that I needed to get my payment and get me out the door as quickly as possible. You guys really made my life so much easier and saved me so much time. Really appreciate you all!

Absolutely loved to the optometrist Dr. Quang Vu, he was very friendly, upbeat and listened to my questions and had answers I could understand. He was very knowledgeable. I truly feels he goes the extra mile for his clients, to make sure your perscription is a perect fit for you.I hope to see him again for my eye exam next year. Front desk staff was also very quick to check get me check in considering I was early to my appt. We have been coming to this eye buisness for several years 5+ years before it moved to this location,and will continue to do so. Highly recommend and ask for Dr.Quang Vu!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have to say it was a very pleasant visit. From reception, to tech, doctor and the lady who did the “closing” Everyone was so professional, nice. Appreciated doc’s explanation and responses to my questions.

Everyone nice and helpful. They make it easy to make decision on your options. You don't feel rush or push to buy from them. I've been going here for 3 years now.

Dr Vu and Serina were so helpful in finding a new pair of glasses to replace the ones I lost while on a trip! They were able to make sure I walked out being able to see and ready to go to work. Will definitely come back for my regular check ups! 👍🏽

The staff at Lauren Alexander were incredibly courteous, professional, patient, and kind. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Vu was also extremely patient and attentive. I had quite a few questions, and he took the time to answer each one thoroughly. At no point did I feel rushed during my appointment. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service and care provided by the entire team. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m very grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown throughout my visit.
