Our family has been coming here for years, and we absolutely love it! Dr. Trinh is truly amazing. She is incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely cares about every one of her patients. She always takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make you feel comfortable during your visit. The entire office is welcoming and professional, and we’ve always had a wonderful experience. Dr. Fadel is an outstanding optometrist who truly prioritizes patient care. He took the time to carefully find the right contact lens prescription for me, making sure everything felt just right. We tried several different options, and at no point did I feel rushed—even though he had other patients waiting. His patience, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to getting the best results made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Fadel to anyone looking for thorough and thoughtful eye care. This is my third visiting Vision Source Lauren Alexander and the experience has been amazing . Scheduled a quick appointment with Dr. Trinh and her team. Everyone who helped me was accommodating even though I came in just before their office closed. Mark was very helpful when guiding me thru the lens/frame selection process, and explaining the different use cases for certain features and add-ons with prescription lenses. Being checked in and having my eyes tested by my technician was a quick and easy process! Kudos :)

Great experience, staff was very helpful and attentive, Dr. Fedel was great extremely knowledgeable optometrist with many years of experience Dr. is very dedicated to making sure his patients have the best experience and care. Overall very satisfied with this place.

I have been coming to them for years. My husband also started coming here after his first visit where he understood why I followed them from the La Cantera location. They’re customer service is on point. Everyone of them, from the time you arrive make you feel at home. They are very helpful from insurance information to selection of frames. Dr. Fadel is the best. He makes you feel so comfortable. He so patient and explains everything in detail. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyes. Lauren Alexander Vision Source is the best place for everything from your eye exam to contacts to glasses.

I had an excellent experience at Lauren Alexander Vision Source at Potranco for my annual eye exam. Dr. Vu was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Serina and Elisa were also wonderful! They were friendly, patient, and extremely helpful while I selected new frames and purchased my glasses. Their knowledge and excellent customer service made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The calm peaceful atmosphere was so pleasant to be around. The staff was very nice and attentive. One thing I had trouble with was reaching the machines since I was in a wheelchair. All else was terrific.

Great experience, customer service is awesome, tech checking my eyes was awesome, and Dr was amazing. Overall I highly recommend this place if you need your eyes checked or need glasses.

Dr. Vu and the staff are great! Dr. Vu spent a lot of time going over my prescriptions and making several great suggestions that helped me not only with a new set of progressive lenses but also my overall eye health and care. I left very informed and with a good plan. I was so happy to have my optometrist helping me beyond a routine exam.
